MIFF's Industry Programs Director comes to Hobart

Mark Woods is the Melbourne International Film Festival's (MIFF) Director of Industry Programs.  He manages the MIFF 37degreesSouth Market, MIFF Accelerator and the MIFF Premiere Fund.

37degreesSouth Market brings 90 Australian and New Zealand producers together with 35 local and international sales agents and buyers.  Attendance is by invitation only.

MIFF Accelerator is a four day workshop for short film directors who wish to make the transition to feature filmmaking.  It is also an invitation only event.

The MIFF Premiere Fund offers minority co-financing to feature-length projects which will have their international premiere at MIFF.

Mark is interested in meeting with local screen practitioners in Hobart who are interested in these programs.
