Beyond's EP Specialist Factual visits Hobart

Mark Hamlyn, Executive Producer of Specialist Factual at Beyond is visiting Hobart and wants to meet with local factual producers. 

Mark will be meeting informally with Tasmanian factual practitioners.

Where? 4th Floor Training Room, 22 Elizabeth Street, Hobart (next door to Screen Tasmania)

When? Friday, 16 December, 2011 from 12 to 1 pm

What?  Mark will be talking about what Beyond is looking for, how and when to pitch to broadcasters and producers, and what they are wanting from pitch documents.After Mark's presentation, he'll be holding a Q & A with factual practitioners.

 Mark is an award winning documentary producer with 30 years of industry experience.  He has been Screen Australia's Director of Commissioned Production, Head of the ABC's Documentary Unit and EP of ABC's Television Science Unit.  He is now Executive Producer of Beyond's Specialist Factual team.
