Australian Film Television and Radio School presents Running Your Own Creative Business Course

 

This one-day short course is designed for anyone working in a creative field who wants to maintain their financial viability.

 

It will answer questions like:

  • what are the bare necessities of running a creative business?
  • will a business plan help?
  • how do I manage an irregular income?
  • what financial and taxation requirement are there?
  • do I ned a contcat and how can I tell if it's a good one?
  • how can copyright help me make money?
  • how can I market my business to bring in more clients and profits?

Answers will be provided by experience media producer and author, Monica Davidson.  Monica wrote Freelancing for Australians - one of the For Dummies series of books.
